20 ounces of Zacky Farms turkey meat
12 teaspoons of McCormick taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup Kirkland extra virgin olive oil
2 cups chopped tomatoes
2 medium avocados mashed
1 cup of mild cheddar shredded cheese
1/4 head of lettuce




How Do I Make Taco's?

Here is how you make Taco's:

1. Cook turkey meat over stove, chop up while cooking, do not drain off fat.2. Add taco seasoning and water, cover and cook at low temperature while preparing the rest of the meal.3. Cut up tomatoes, mash the avocados, cut up the lettuce and shread the cheese, place each in there own bowl.4. In a small frying pan heat oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes to get oil hot enough so that when you place the tortilla in the pan it will sizzle. When you place the tortilla in the pan, make sure to cover it with the oil by pushing down on it with the prongs, then fold it in half and start turning the tortilla over in the pan continually until it is cooked (about 3 minutes) don't over cook it or else it will be hard instead of soft. Drain tortilla on a paper towel and repeat the process until all 10 have been fried.5.
