1 package of taco seasonings
2 16 oz cans of white beans - rinsed
2 16 oz cans of red kidney beans - rinsed
1 16 oz pre-sliced mushrooms
1 red onion diced
1 zucchini diced
1 summer squash diced
red pepper to taste
1 large can of water (I use to rinse out crushed tomato and sauce cans)

Here is how you make Nancy's Veggie and Turkey Chili:

Cook turkey burger until crumbled and drained fat. Sliced turkey and veggies. Opened cans of crushed tomatoes and sauce, pour into crockpot and rinsed cans with 1 large can of water. Placed all sliced veggies and meat and seasonings. Cooked for about 8 hours in crockpot.
