Add chopped onions and garlic--cook until soft. Add the ground turkey, salt, and pepper. Cook until meat is done and then add canned tomatoes and 2 cans of water. Add worstershire sauce and throw the 2 dried peppers on top. Sprinkle chili powder and cinnamon powders over mixture. Allow to simmer covered at least 45-60 minutes. Remove the peppers and the stems with 2-3T. sauce and blend in blender. Stir the blended peppers back into chili pot.
