Chop onion, garlic and green pepper and fry in olive oil until soft.2. Add turkey mince and cook until browned.3. Drain fat from meat with kitchen paper.4.Add chilli powder, paprika and vegetable bouillon powder and cook for a few minutes. (This is a fairly mild chilli.
