Cook rice per package directions.Spray large skillet with cooking spray and saute the turkey. Remove from skillet and saute the peppers and onions until the onions turn translucent. Add the pre-cooked turkey, the tomatoes and the seasonings. Cook until the tomatoes begin to break down. Add the rice and cheese and stir until well blended.
