Lean ground turkey, 1 onion, 1 tsp minced garlic, cilantro and chili powder to taste. 1 can of diced tomatoes with chilies (Rotel Mexican flavor), 1 can of Goya Black Beans, 1 cup of your favorite salsa. 1 package (2 cups) of Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese. 1 cup of sliced zucchini (fresh vegetables of choice such as spinach may be substituted). 1 avocado for garnish (optional).

Here is how you make No Pasta Mexican Lasagna - Turkey:

Chop onion into bite size pieces. Brown ground turkey in a skillet with the onion and minced garlic. Season with chili powder and cilantro.In a separate sauce pan, combine black beans (rinsed) with the canned tomatoes and green chilies. Additional seasoning is optional.In a 9x13 baking dish, pour 2 Tbsp of salsa at the bottom of the pan. Add one rectangular lavash bread + 1/3 of a piece as necessary to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Layer 1/2 of ground turkey mixture followed by 1/2 of bean and tomato mixture. Add a layer of zucchini, drizzle with 1/2 of yogurt, and sprinkle 1/3 of cheese over ingredients.Cover with 2nd layer of lavash and repeat layering with remaining ingredients. Finish with final layer of lavash bread. Sprinkle top layer with salsa and any remaining cheese.Bake covered with foil until cheese bubbles and the raw vegetables are cooked (approximately 20-25 minutes). Remove foil and bake uncovered for last 5 minutes.Remove from the oven. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Cut into 8 servings and serve hot. Leftovers will freeze well.
