How Do I Make Turkey Quesadillas?

Here is how you make Turkey Quesadillas:

Cook ground turkey in a non-stick skillet until no longer pink. In the last 2-3 minutes add in diced tomato and green pepper. Drain off all liquid from cooking. Add 3/4 C water and taco seasoning to meat and vegetable mixture. Mix thoroughly. Divide meat mixture and cheese among 8 tortillas. Fold tortilla over meat & cheese. Cook on medium heat on each side until lightly golden brown. Serve with sour cream, guacamole or salsa if desired.
