1 can organic black beans, 1 cup walnuts, 1 cup Stevia in the Raw, 1/2 cup honey, 1 stick unsalted butter, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, 4 eggs, 4 oz. Baker's unsweetened chocloate, 1 tablespoon instant coffee, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.


How Do I Make Grandma Wilson's Black Bean Brownies?

Here is how you make Grandma Wilson's Black Bean Brownies:

Melt chocolate, olive oil & butter in a glass bowl in the microwave for 1.5 minutes on high. Stir with a spoon to melt the chocolate, completely. Place the beans, walnuts, vanilla extract, into the food processor and blend about 2 minutes. The batter should be thick and smooth. Add the melted chocolate, butter, and oil, and instant coffee. Blend until smooth. In another bowl, beat 4 eggs for 1 minute until light and creamy. Add the stevia and honey & beat well. Add the bean/chocolate mixture to the coffee/ chocolate mixture. Stir until well blended. Put into muffin pans lined with cupcake papers. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. The brownie cakes will be very soft and incredibly moist until you refrigerate them.
