2.5 cups whole dates
1 cup raw cocoa
1 cup chopped almonds
1/4 tsp sea salt


How Do I Make Raw Brownies?

Here is how you make Raw Brownies:

Place walnuts in food processor and finely grind nuts. Add Cocoa and salt and pulse to mix, add dates 1 at a time while running food processor (will look like cake crumbs when done). Add almonds but do not process till they to are ground, just long wnough to mix. Place a piece of plastic wrap in a bowl or pan big enough to hold the mixture and put mixture in the bowl or pan. Press into a ball shape and cover with another plastic wrap. Wrap these all together and press into a solid ball. Freeze for about an hour, cut to size and wrap in pieces of plastic wrap to keep.
