Here is how you make Bruschetta:

Mix tomatoes, onion, basil, crushed garlic, olive oil and salt in a large bowl. Let sit for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350* F. Rub each slice of french bread with garlic clove and place on a cookie sheet. When all slices are placed, drizzle with olive oil. Bake in oven for 5 minutes or until bread is slightly brown.
