Remove the middle hard piece of cabbage that runs down the leaf. Cook 1 cup brown rice it will yield approximately 2cups. Cut up 1 onion 2 carrots shredded and 2 zucchinis shredded. Using a large skillet place olive oil and vegetables and cook till tender. Add 1 teaspoon of vegeta or chicken seasoning to flavor. Cool veggies. In a large bowl mix 1 lb of ground turkey rice and veggies. Season with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Place 2 table spoons of rice mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll like an egg roll. Line a pan with foil and place cabbage rolls in pan . Add 3/4 cup of water on top. Cover with lid of dutch oven, or cover with foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This will steam the cabbage. Use one can of golden mushroom soup and one can of tomatoe soup mixed in a pot with 1 cup of water to dilute. Pour the soup over the cabbage rolls and let bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 more hour till cabbage and contents are cooked.
