Melt butter then cool down. Mix together vanilla and egg then add to flour mixture. Then add butter and work into the dough.Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Grease 23cm/9" springform cake pan and sprinkle corn flake crumbs on base and sides. Take 1/2 of dough and press it into base of pan. With a fork prick the dough. Sprinkle more crumbs. Spread pie apples and raspberries. Sprinkle more crumbs and ground almonds. Grate lemon and orange rind, if using. Crumble the rest of dough on top.Bake for 45 min till golden brown.
