Here is how you make Diet Dr. Pepper Cake:

Cake: Sift sugar & flour in large bowl. In sauce pan mix Diet Dr. Pepper, margarine & cocoa. Bring to a rapid boil. Pour over flour mixture & stir well. Do not use mixer. Add: buttermilk, eggs, baking soda & vanilla. Mix well. Pour into 16 x 11 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.Icing: Melt margarine. Add Diet Dr. Pepper & carob powder. Bring to a rapid boil. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, vanilla & Brazil Nuts. Beat until thick & smooth. Spread on hot cake.
