1 Can Refried Beans-low fat or fat free
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Diced tomatoes
2 cup Cheese
1.5 cup Milk
2 tsp Garlic Salt
Pepper
2 tbs Olive Oil


How Do I Make Frito Casserole?

Here is how you make Frito Casserole:

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Add oil to frying pan and brown the chicken with 1 tsp garlic salt till juices run clear. In a mixing bowl add refried beans, cream soup, tomatoes,1/2 cup cheese, 1 tsp. garlic salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the mixing bowl and combine. In the bottom of a large baking pan layer half the bag of Fritos. Cover the layer of fritos with half of the remaining cheese and half of the mix.
