1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 cup salted butter
4 packets of vanilla flavoured or plain stevia

Filling:
1 250g package low fat cream cheese (be sure to use the blocks and not the spreadable kind in the plastic container)
1 14 oz can Light condensed milk
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Topping:
1 can (~500mL) E.D. Smith Light and Fruity Cherry Pie Filling

Here is how you make Grandma's Quick Cherry Cheesecake:

- Preheat oven to 350- Melt butter and pour over stevia and graham cracker crumbs in small bowl. Cut with pastry belnder or fork utnil well blended. - Press crumb mixture into bottom of 9x13 or smaller pyrex pan- Bake at 350 until golden brown (~15 minutes)- While crust is baking, beat cream cheese until smooth. Then beat in condensed milk and vanilla extract. Once thoroughly blended, beat in lemon juice to thicken. - Allow crust to cool. Once cool to the touch, pour in filling. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill 1 hour or more and serve. - Serving Size:?Makes 12 generous servings
