*1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
*4 6" whole wheat or multi-grain tortilla wraps
*1 tsp of olive oil

This recipe makes 4 servings.Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.Heat olive oil in pan on medium until hot then add diced chicken.(tip: I always use garlic powder and pepper on the chicken to add flavor)In another pan, or use the same one after it is cleaned, take tortilla and on one half of the tortilla spread the sauce and lay in pan.
