Chili powder, 3 tbsp more or less to your taste Cumin 1-3 tbsp to taste(this is NOT hot, adds smokey flavor) Black pepper to taste Water to thin out if you like, we like it soupy. How Do I Make Linda's Chicken Chili?Here is how you make Linda's Chicken Chili: Add 1 Tbs olive oil and Brown chicken or turkey in large pot over medium heat. When it is about half cooked, add your celery and onions and seasonings to the pot. Cover and cook until onions and celery are tender and poultry is cooked through. Add tomatoes, sauce, and beans and bring up to a boil and down to a simmer.
