This recipe is super easy to modify. I've made this with teriyaki sauce instead of buffalo sauce and blue cheese. I've made it with pizza sauce and pizza cheese. I've also done a taco version with ground beef, taco seasoning, Mexican cheese, and salsa. Planning on trying an apple pie version soon.
