I know this is going to sound incredibly weird but this recipe makes a tasty cake using beans, eggs, chocolate and baking soda - you can add a little sweetener if you wish but as I have radically cut back processed sugars in my diet I find it perfect with just the sweetness of the semisweet chocolate. Sorry for the metric measurements - I got this from Pinterest and since the beans I used had started as dry beans, I used my food scale. I'm guessing that 200g is close to what you would get if you drained a can of beans.

Preheat oven to 325F. Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave in 15 second increments until smooth. Let cool while you preceed. Puree cooked or canned and drained beans in food processor with eggs until no chunks of "skins" are visible (you may have to add a tablespoon or two of water if your beans are not damp when you start). Add melted chocolate and baking soda and blend.
