1/2 cup dark chocolate chips - I used Ghirardelli 60%

For the filling:
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 Tbs. coconut oil
2 Tbs. maple syrup (or to taste) - I left mine a little less sweet because the chocolate truffle shell was plenty sweet enough.

Here is how you make Spooky Chocolate Coconut Truffle Skulls:

Spray an ice cube tray or candy mold with nonstick cooking spray.Make the filling first. In a small bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, coconut flour, coconut oil and maple syrup. The mixture will be a bit dry. Set aside.In a pyrex mixing cup, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals, removing and stirring each time until fully melted. Pour melted chocolate into ice cube mold and tilt mold to coat sides. Take a 1/2 teaspoon or so of the filling and drop it into each mold.
