2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup stevia OR Splenda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 C nonfat instant dry milk
Sift these ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

On stove, melt 1 stick butter, 1 cup water, 3Tbs cocoa, and bring to slow boil (small bubbles, not big rolling bubbles, known as a "rolling boil"). Mash 2 overripe bananas and stir into the chocolate mix when you take it off the fire.

In small bowl mix 2 large eggs, beat well, add baking soda, 1/2 C water, vanilla, and mix. Add contents of egg mix to dry ingredients and stir quickly. Then add chocolate mix to the cake mix and stir thoroughly.

Grease well a baking sheet. Dust the pan with cocoa powder. Pour the cake mix into it. Use spatula to level it out. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center will come out clean when done. ICE WHILE STILL WARM. SEE MOM'S CHOCOLATE SHEETCAKE ICING.
