Here is how you make Chocolate-Honey Balls:

Set shredded coconut aside to roll finished chocolate balls in.Place chocolate in a small food processor and process until a fine powder.Add walnuts, coconut flakes (not the shredded coconut), salt, vanilla and honey to the food processor and mix until you have a soft mass with little chunks of walnut and coconut that are very small but can be identified.Remove chocolate mass from food processor and divide into four parts. Roll each part into a ball that is a little smaller than a golf ball.
