1/2 Cup Margarine
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Rasberries - Pureed/Blended
2 TBSP Skim Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Here is how you make Raspberry Mousse Chocolate Cupcakes:

For Cupcakes:1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees & line or grease a 6-cup muffin pan.2) In a large bowl, whisk or beat milk, pudding, oil, sugar and vanilla & almond extracts until well blended.3) In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder & salt.4) Slowly add in wet ingredients & beat or whisk until smooth.5) Pour batter evenly into each liner (about halfway full each) and bake for 20 minutes.6) Remove when done & place on cooling rack.For Mousse Topping:1) Beat or melt margarine until softened.2) Add in sugar slowly while beating, until mixture is light & fluffy.3) Slowly add in pureed raspberries and extract.
