Can be made healthier if you make your own cake mix and icing. Preheat oven to 350?F and grease two cake pans2. Prepare cake batter according to box3. Fold in crushed cookies4. Divide batter between both pans5. Cook according to package directions6. Cool 10 minutes in pan then remove and let cool on wire rack7. Frost cake8. In saucepan, combine semisweet chocolate and shortening over low heat and drizzle on top of the cakeTo decorate it more, you can add Oreos around the side and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top. I've also done it where I put a layer of crushed Oreos on the bottom of the platter and then put the cakes on top.
