Here is how you make Salted Carmel Crispy Treats:

Measure cereal, put in large bowl. Spray 8x8 pan with Pam, set aside. In medium pan on stove melt 1 stick butter, karo syrup, heavy cream and brown sugar. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until thick and syrupy, Add salt and marshmallows, Turn off heat and stir mixture until the marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Quickly pour mixture over rice cereal and mix quickly so that all cereal is coated. Put into buttered pan and flatten down with a piece of sprayed parchment paper to avoid sticking to your hands.
