Here is how you make Polish traditional cupcakes:

makes about 32 cupcakes.Put the first five ingredients (sugar, yolks, an egg, flour and butter) into a big bowl and mix with your hands until a smooth quite heavy dough is formed. Put the cupcakes into the oven for about 20 minutes (they need to be golden, not brown) Start preparing the stuffing:Mix the yolks with sugar until they're almost white (about 6 minutes). Put flour into it and mix as well. Then add cold milk and mix. When everything is smooth, put the pot on the cooker and cook until the stuffing gets dense. Then immediately take it away from fire.
