1/3 cup Brown Rice Flour
1 Teaspoon Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning (I used Epicure)
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 1/2 cup Gluten Free Panko Style Bread Crumbs

Here is how you make "Fried" Pickles:

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and flour. Add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning and pepper. Mix well. Turn oven broiler on high. Please panko bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Dunk each pickle into the egg mixture, then dredge the pickle into the bread crumbs. Place coated pickles on a cooking rack (sprayed with olive oil spray) set above a baking sheet sprayed with olive oil spray. Place pan and rack approx. 6 inches below the broiler flame. Broil for approx. 4 minutes on first side and approx. 3 minutes on second side.Serving Size:?makes 20 pieces
