Mix until dough is formed and all dry ingredients are moist. Roll out to 1/8" thick using Gluten Free Flour to keep from sticking to surface. Cut 3" rounds with a biscuit cutter. Place 1 tsp. of Polaner All Fruit in center of each round. Pinch the sides of the round up in thirds to from a triangle over the Polaner All Fruit. Place 1" apart on a greased cookie sheet.
