3 Haas Avocados, peeled, pitted & pureed
1 Lime, juice& zest
1 Lemon, juice only
1/4 c red onion, diced
1/4 c vidalia onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 c plum tomatoes, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced small
2 tbsp light mayo
1 c light sour cream
1 tbsp cilantro, minced
1 tbsp parsley, minced
1/2 tbsp of sea salt
1 tbsp of ground black pepper
hot sauce added to peference


How Do I Make Guacamole?

Here is how you make Guacamole:

Cut avocado's length wise and remove pits. Spoon out all of avocado from skin into mixing bowl. Mash avocado with a spoon or pestal. (If you want very smooth guacamole put all ingredients together in food processor and puree after adding all ingredients)Dice up vegetables (red onion, vidalia onion, plum tomatoes and jalapeno pepper) and add to mixing bowl.Mince cilantro parsley & garlic together and ad to mixing bowl.Zest and juice one lime and juice one lemon and add to mixing bowl (be careful of seeds.)Add salt & pepper and mix the ingredients together (or puree in food processor until desired smoothness. Then put in mixing bowl to stir in final ingredients)Add light mayo & light sour cream to bowl and mix one more time.
