Neufchatel cheese 1 cup nonfat milk 8 buffalo chicken bites, sliced thinly 1/2 cup St. Agur bleu cheese 1 bag baby spinach leaves (about 4 cups) 2 pounds of linguini or fettuccini How Do I Make New Year's Pasta?Here is how you make New Year's Pasta: over low-medium heat, cook onion and garlic until very soft and caramelized.. about 15-20 minutes. Don't rush this step! Add bacon bits, grape tomatoes, crushed red pepper flakes and simmer about 10 minutes more. Add cream cheese and milk and allow to melt, stirring to combine.
