Mix together Cream Cheese, mozz cheese, and hot sauce. Spoon some into each pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until preferred doneness; but keep it rather crunchy so it holds better.I said 15, but mine cooked for about 8 minutes and were hot, but not fully cooked and DELICIOUS!!!
