Warm hot fudge sauce and pour enough to cover bottom of the crust. Let sit.Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add peanut butter and milk and beat until smooth. Fold in cool whip gently and pour into pie shell.Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
