Blend until moist. Using a fork, press into a pie pan.Melt remaining 1 tbsp of butter in a large frying pan. Saute onions in the butter until the onions are translucent. Meanwhile, mix together the milk, eggs and spices in a small bowl. Place the cooked onions in the prepared pie pan. Pour milk and egg mixture on top of the onions.
