My daughter had a similar pizza at a restaurant. It's not very cheesy but tangy. Although I use my own homemade pizza dough recipe for the crust in this photo, I used the Boboli Pizza Crust as a basic crust for the recipe so it could be a more standardized serving. I think this would be very tasty with vegetables like kale or spinach, carrots, etc. Give it a try!
