Blend with hands, add more flour as needed to make soft but not sticky dough. Lightly oil dough.Allow to rest 15-20 mins (while you prepare you pizza toppings).Punch down.Spread in greased pizza pan.Add toppings.Let stand another 20 minutes before baking.
