Spread both pieces of dough in a lightly greased cookie sheet, seaming down the middle. Bake according to directions on can (mine took about 10 min at 375 degrees). Let cool.Combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and any additional seasonings, mix with hand mixer. Spread evenly over crust. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and green onions.
