3 Cups wheat flour
1 pack dry yeast
1/4 cup extra light olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup sliced green bell pepper
1 cup sliced red bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. sliced black olives
1 cup fresh chopped parsley
2 tbsp. fresh chopped basil
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
1 cup part skim mozarella cheese


How Do I Make MOnique's Veg-A-Lot Pizza?

Here is how you make MOnique's Veg-A-Lot Pizza:

First dissolve yeast in warm water. In a large bowl, combine yeast, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and salt. Once combined, slowly add flour making sure that it comes together and forms a ball. Now add 2 more tablespoons of olive oil in bottom of bowl. Coat both sides of ball and cover bowl with plastic wrap. Place a warm towel on top of bowl and place in a cool place. Let dough double in size for about one hour. Now, take dough and seperate into two pieces. once again form ito balls and let set in the same style for an additional 15-20 minutes. Now dough is ready to spread out and add toppings. Spread marinara sauce over both pizza doughs. Add to each onion, bell peppers, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle parsley and basil on top of each pizza. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on each and bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
