How Many Servings Does Guilt-free Cocoa Pudding Recipe Make?Guilt-free Cocoa Pudding makes 4 servings. What Are The Ingredients For Guilt-free Cocoa Pudding Recipe? The ingredients for Guilt-free Cocoa Pudding are: First mix:* 1/2 cup drinking water * Gelatin (Jello) prepared with water, reduced calorie, with aspartame, 15 grams * other sweetener by taste (~8 teaspoons) * Raisins, 0.5 cup, packed * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 0.5 cup * Various flavours: vanilla, rum etc. Then mix: * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Yogurt, plain, low fat, 200 grams * Milk, nonfat, 400 grams How Do I Make Guilt-free Cocoa Pudding? Here is how you make Guilt-free Cocoa Pudding: First mix together the water, the gelatin powder, the sweetener, the raisins, the cocoa and the flavours, so that the raisins and the gelatin have some time to swell. Then mix/blend the other ingredients (eggs, yogurt and milk). Pour the mixture into a pan and place it on a very small flame. Stir continuously for several minutes, until the mixture starts to thicken. Do not bring to a boil, since this can ruin the texture and "kill" gelatin. As soon as the mixture thickens, put off the fire and pour the other mixture into the pan. Stir gently, but well. Then pour into 250 ml containers. Makes 4 servings of about 200-220 ml each.Note: cocoa and raisins are optional - you can leave the recipe be simply vanilla flavored or add strawberries or other fruit (except raw kiwi and pineapple - they prevent gelatin from firming).
