Beat Egg Whites with Sugar; Mix in some of the Hot Tapioca.Return all to pan, Stir for 3 minutes over Low Heat.Cool in Freezer for 15 minutes. Add Vanilla & mix in.Serve Warm or cold. Makes 7 Cups.
