Here is how you make Greek Quinoa Salad:

Put the quinoa and water in a small saucepan and cook according to directions on the box. Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes in half, dice the onion (red or white), slice the olives in half, and add all to a medium bowl. Wash one medium cucumber, remove half of the peel, chop it into bite size pieces, add to the bowl. Add the dressing, feta, and seasonings. Tear the kale of the ribs and rip into bite size pieces, add to bowl. Once the quinoa is cooked and cooled slightly add it to the bowl, fold it all together and allow to sit for approx 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
