Here is how you make Mild Fresh Salsa:

Chop 4 large tomato in to bite sized pieces. Liquify remaining tomato in blender and add to bowl. I liquify the 1/2 onion as well, (as I don't like the texture :P) but you may chop the onion finely as well and add to the bowl with the tomatos.Rinse the fresh cilantro well and chop finely, approx 1 cup. You may do this to taste. Add 2 Tbs. lime juice.Add 1 Tbs. garlic powder.For added kick, add jalapenos or other hot peppers to the mix.Stir well, cover and let sit in the fridge.
