In a large bowl mix three cups of warm water, unsweetened apple sauce, Salt and evaporated milk. stir in two packages (.5 oz) bakers yeast. cover and let sit for 5 minutes until yeast is activated.2.) Stir in 4 table spoons of Olive oil.3.) Add flour all at once. Stirling in as much as possible then knead the rest together with your hands. 4.) place a small amount of flour on the counter surface and turn dough out onto it, kneading it until smooth and elastic.5.) place back in bowl and cover, let rise for 15 minutes in a warm area. 6.) In a large skillet poor oil for cooking, Heat on med-high until hot and ready to fry.7.) place a small amount of flour and 1/4 cup of cornmeal on the counter. Pinch off a small handful of dough and roll in the flour and corn meal. stretch the dough flat.
