What Are The Ingredients For Southwestern Eggrolls Recipe?The ingredients for Southwestern Eggrolls are: 1 lb. grilled chicken breast, chopped2 cups cooked black beans 1 large tomato, diced 1 medium onion, diced 1 can sweet corn, drained and rinsed 3 cups spinach, diced 1 jalapeno, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 1/3 cup shredded cheese 1 tsp. salt-free seasoning 1 package of egg roll wrappers How Do I Make Southwestern Eggrolls?Here is how you make Southwestern Eggrolls: Grill chicken breast, chop, and set aside.Mince jalapeno and garlic and add to large skillet.Add cooked black beans and 1 can drained sweet corn to skillet.Dice all remaining vegetables and add to skillet.Cook all vegetables over a medium-high heat until onion is soft and translucent. Season with 1 tsp of salt-free seasoning blend of your choice.Add chopped grilled chicken and 1/3 cup of cheese to skillet and continue cooking until chicken is warmed and cheese is melted.Place about 1/4 cup of filling mixture in each eggroll wrapper and roll up and seal.
