This makes about 3 cups, (12 --1/4 cup servings) so cut it in half if you need...its also pretty darn spicy hot...makes your lips tingle!add everything to a food processor and process until smooth, if you'd like a looser dip add more liquid, either the lemon juice or olive oil.
