Egg, fresh, 2 large
Olive Oil, 0.5 cup
Salt, 2 tsp
*Pepper, white, 2 tsp
Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
Dill weed, dried, 4 tbsp
Phyllo Dough, 16 oz
Butter, salted, 1 stick


How Do I Make Spinach Pie?

Here is how you make Spinach Pie:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f. Coast a 9" by 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, olive oil, salt, pepper, dill weed and nutmeg; misx well. Cut the sheets of phyllo dough in half crosswise. Place half of the phyllo dough in the baking dish one sheet at a time, lightly brushing each sheet with butter. Spread the spinach mixture over the phyllo dough then laryer with the remaining phyllo dough, lightly brushing each sheet with butter. Cut tinto squares or diamonds, then bake for 45 to 1 hour, or until golden.
