You will have better results if they are partially/almost frozen.- Add oil to skillet (just enough to cover bottom of pan) and preheat on medium to high heat (be especially careful with olive and coconut oils as these heat VERY quickly) I use penut oil because it has a high smoke point.- Place frozen breaded sticks in skillet and brown for 1-2 minutes per side- Remove from pan and place on ceramic plate lined with paper towels and allow oil to drain and sticks to cool.- Serve with 2 tablespoons Barilla Marinara sauce (optional)-** You can make this lower in fat by omiting the oil and baking them instead.
