Add the ground turkey and sausage and cook until done (no longer pink).Pour this mixture into your crockpot or a dutch oven that has a tight lid. If you're using your oven, pre-heat to 325 degrees.Add salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, cardamon, coriander, bay leaf, tomatoes and beans.
