Here is how you make Turkey Reuben:

Spread both sides of the bread with 1 tbsp of Thousand Island dressing, on one slice of bread layer the turkey, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. Top with the other slice of bread. Wrap it in tinfoil and throw it in the oven just long enough to warm through. 325 for ten minutes works well for me.
