12 oz Light Beer

1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 cup raw spinach
1tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Furman's Pizza Sauce
1 Cup Low fat shredded cheese


How Do I Make Homemade Turkey and Veggie Pizza?

Here is how you make Homemade Turkey and Veggie Pizza:

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and beer. Stir completely until dough is formed. Lightly flour and set aside. Line a frying pan with a tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, fry turkey until done. Set aside. Chop all veggies finely, except for spinach, and using pan drippings, sautee the veggies until tender. Set aside. Shape the dough onto a lightly floured stone or greased (with lowfat spray) cookie sheet. Shape the dough as thick or as thin as you desire. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until dough is done baking. Remove from oven. Top the cooked dough with the pizza sauce, turkey, sauteed vegetables, raw spinach, sprinkle pizza with one-cup low-fat cheese. Bake in oven until cheese is melted. Makes 8 large pieces.
