Here is how you make Lemon Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray an 8 by 4 by 2-inch loaf pan. In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center of flour mixture and set aside.In another medium mixing bowl combine the egg whites, milk, applesauce, lemon peel, and lemon juice. Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened...batter should be quite lumpy. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
